As you know, COVID has disrupted learning for thousands of young children. Now more than ever, they need specialised one-on-one reading sessions. 

Over 50 schools are on our waiting list.  We need your help to expand our volunteer teams to help children at these schools.

We receive no Government funding.

Learning to read is often less about intellectual limitation than about overcoming fears.

"Fear can destroy intelligence," says educator William Ayers.

Dogs are ideal reading companions because they promote relaxation and lower blood pressure, do not judge, laugh or criticise and allow children to proceed at their own pace.
