Authors who support Story Dogs

Story Dogs hand-picks books to our reading program that are colourful, exciting, funny, rhyming, repetitive, dog themed, spark a conversation, and are fun to share. Reading Packs of 6 core books, suited to the literacy level of children in the program who are in Year 2 and above are given to our volunteer Dog Teams.

We especially love to celebrate the talent of Australian and New Zealand authors. It is incredible that some authors have been a Story Dog Volunteer and have written and published books for the very purpose of our program!
